And then there were 4...

So the truth has been revealed...My Uncle Ken and the rest of the Hanna family pulled a big one on Hanna and my Aunt Laura.  They were convinced we were plotting/planning on keeping Mo, but little did they know!  After days of lying and feeling like a terrible niece we finally suprised them Thanksgiving Day...it was PRICELESS!!  My aunt was crying (which she never does) and I thought Hanna was going to explode with excitement.  The past two days have been lonely without her but all reports are good.  She is sleeping through the night in her kennel with no accidents...she has come down twice for play dates and seems to be adjusting and loving her new home! (not to mention she has made one little girl and her mom VERY HAPPY)

Friday, Julie came and got Tori (Ethyle) and wisked her away to another Thanksgiving lunch with her family... she was loved on and held all day long and then finally came to rest on Julies pillow, where she slept through the night!  She is having a wonderful time with her new friend Wick and is very loved.

Chip and Thomas came and picked up Bailey (Gus) tonight - After a good long play with her sisters, brother and mom she was wisked away to spend her first night in her new home.  Tomorrow they will pack up and head to Dallas and she will begin her new wonderful life!

I will leave tomorrow to take Lucy and Piper (CoCo) to their new homes.  There are two little girls waiting for Lucy and an adorable Husband and Wife waiting for Piper.

Bradie FINALLY GETS TO COME HOME!! I am so excited to have my buddy back (even though she did recently get a REALLY bad haircut) and she will be joined by our little man OP - Although the past 8 weeks have been hectic for my parents and a lot of trouble it has been worth it!  We all have had fun watching the puppies learn and grow.   It is sad to see them all go and with only 4 left things seem awfully quite.  Bradie has moments of searching for those pups who are missing but in time she will be ok!  I know all of my puppies are going to wonderful homes and I am so fortunate I will be able to keep up with them and their new lives.  I hope all of you will enjoy them and love them as much if not more than we have in these past 8 weeks.  They are special puppies!

As soon as I get back to Fort Worth I will upload all of the pictures from the past couple of weeks... As the new parents send me updates I will continue to update my blog, as well as continuously posting pictures and stories about Bradie and OP!  I hope you all stay tuned for the months to come!

Show and Tell

Hanna Claire (my adorable cousin) wanted to take the puppies to Show and Tell!  My mom woke up EARLY this morning to get Vivian, Moe, OP and CoCo ready for their big debut!  After the eager students were sanatized it was a puppy free for all.  My mom said they were all wonderful! If my mom took any pictures I will be sure to post them.

I hope you can all make it to the Puppies party this Sunday!!! Rain or Shine we will be there..

Puppies&Prosecco

Visit to the Vet

We had a wonderful 6 week checkup at the vet yesterday...everyone weighs in around 6 pounds, Ethyle(Tori) is 6.8 at the heaviest and CoCo is 4.3 at the smallest (I think she will be Bradies size - 30 pounds).  They all had their first round of shots and a good once over from the vet.  Everyone is happy and healthy.

There has been a change of circumstances for one family and they could not follow through with their commitment to Lucy, so unfortunately she needs a home now too!! She is such a sweet and loving puppy.  She is always carrying things in her mouth and is the first to pick up the stuffed duck.  Please pass this link on to anyone who you think would be interested in Lucy and her sister CoCo they still both need loving homes... Thank you!

Greetings from Dad

Lynette, the wonderful mother to Kona, sent me pictures of Dad! He is so handsome and definately passed on his good looks to our boy OP...who now HAS A HOME....with me = )

KONA!

Our first Injury...Well sort of

While the puppies were out for their morning play time, my mom suddenly heard a siren like screeching...She ran outside, or as she describes it "I ran and jumped over the fence like an Olympic runner...I didn't know I could move so fast" only to find poor little Moe had a tooth hung on the fence.  After a good once over and a little snuggle time there was no blood to be found! So, all is well on the puppy front... They have their first round of shots tomorrow and Bradie will be getting a checkup as well.  I took ALOT of pictures this weekend and will post them tonight.  They are eating hard dog food and their bellies are getting VERY big!  I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend....o ya and TCU IS # 4!!! GO FROGS! (I just had to throw that in there)

And HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNCLE KEN, WE LOVE YOU!

Beautiful Bradie

Ok this is the last one for real... the puppies get so much face time on the blog I thought I should show the wonderful mom Bradie as well...I took this picture a week before she had the puppies...she didnt even gain baby weight!

That's a pretty girl!

Sister, Brother, Sister, Sister

Ok two more pictures and then I am finished for the night (unless my mom sends more cute ones)...Here are the girls wanting out of the fence.  They finally want to interact with people when they come to visit...I think they have finally associated human with food!

(From L-R) Moe, OP, Lucy and Vivian!

Moe and OP

Have a wonderful evening everyone!

OP and Daisy

Daisy is our 8 year old yellow lab.  She has had two major run ins the puppies and did not seem to like them either time, but I don't blame her... Once was during dinner and the other time they were trying to nurse her.   She is always very curious but definately does not want them to close...until now - the following are pics of OP (the SWEETEST of them all) getting nose to nose with DAISY...plus a little play time with Mom

A little sniff and then we decide were...

not so sure about this...

Play time with Mom is a little more fun!

Such a handsome man...and he needs a home too!!

I will be heading to Tyler this weekend and will take many more pictures...I can not wait to report back on all of the fun developments!

CoCo

CoCo got some quality time away from her sisters and brother to play with mom...so precious!!
